As a result, nothing of consequence ever gets done in those countries. It is the same in your company. Sure it might be OK for a while to have a large amount of followers, but when it comes time for something really important to be done, or if you can’t be there, or if you need to take on a different role yourself, you need people who are going to lead. Leaders take responsibility, instead of shirking it. They go the extra mile, instead of stopping a mile early.

And they lead in a way that will build more leaders again – by growing, building, sharing the “why” behind the daily activity and showing the progress that they’re making.
